Whole Cow
- $4.00/lb. for hanging weight plus the processing cost which is typically ~$1.00/lb. for hanging weight
- Hanging weight is approximately 60% of the live weight; typically, our cows have a hanging weight of 600 – 700 lbs.
- Our cows are aged for 18 – 21 days prior to cutting and wrapping; the aging enhances the flavor and tenderness
- The beef is custom cut & wrapped to your specifications and will require approximately 16 cubic feet of freezer space
- We maintain processing dates throughout the year
